De nombreuses organisations impriment leurs valeurs sur des tasses, distribuent des affiches ou les mentionnent dans des brochures sur papier glac\u00e9. Cela part d&rsquo;une bonne intention, mais contribue rarement \u00e0 un v\u00e9ritable changement culturel. Car les valeurs agissent comme les racines d&rsquo;un n\u00e9nuphar : elles se trouvent sous la surface et ne sont pas visibles au premier coup d&rsquo;\u0153il.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le mod\u00e8le du n\u00e9nuphar : valeurs, attitudes, comportement (E. Schein (2010)<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div><p>Imaginez un n\u00e9nuphar. Sous la surface de l&rsquo;eau se trouvent les racines : les valeurs d&rsquo;une organisation. C&rsquo;est \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;elles que \u00ab poussent \u00bb les attitudes ou les vertus (la tige) qui marqueront plus tard nos actions. La fleur &#8211; ce qui est visible au-dessus de l&rsquo;eau &#8211; correspond au comportement observable.<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Les valeurs<\/strong> (les racines) : Profond\u00e9ment ancr\u00e9es, difficiles \u00e0 changer et seulement \u00e0 long terme.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Attitudes<\/strong> (tige) : Vertus que nous pouvons adopter et renforcer par un feedback ou un encouragement mutuel.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Comportement<\/strong> (fleur) : Actions observables qui peuvent \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9es et dont on peut donner consciemment l&rsquo;exemple.<\/li><\/ul><p>C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 qu&rsquo;intervient le management bas\u00e9 sur les valeurs : Au lieu de parler uniquement de valeurs, nous d\u00e9finissons ensemble des attitudes ou vertus concr\u00e8tes et des comportements souhaitables. Cela permet une v\u00e9ritable orientation au quotidien et rend la culture vivante. La simple communication ne suffit pas: les valeurs ont besoin de coh\u00e9rence et d&rsquo;exemplarit\u00e9. <\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u2022 Le changement culturel na\u00eet de l&rsquo;attitude et du comportement :<\/strong><\/h2><p>Les valeurs doivent \u00eatre partag\u00e9es et incarn\u00e9es. Personne ne changera son comportement simplement parce qu&rsquo;il existe un nouveau slogan ou une nouvelle tasse imprim\u00e9e. Le changement culturel passe par les attitudes et les comportements :<\/p><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Donner l&rsquo;exemple<\/strong> : Les dirigeants doivent montrer l&rsquo;exemple des valeurs souhait\u00e9es au quotidien<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Donner un feedback :<\/strong> Un feedback r\u00e9gulier et constructif favorise la r\u00e9flexion et donne une orientation.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Conclure des accords contraignants :<\/strong> Les \u00e9quipes ont besoin de savoir clairement quel comportement est souhait\u00e9 &#8211; et lequel ne l&rsquo;est pas.<\/li><\/ol><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les valeurs comme boussole manag\u00e9riale:<\/strong><\/h2><p>Des valeurs bien \u00e9tablies aident les cadres \u00e0 agir de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e sur le comportement de leurs \u00e9quipes. Si une valeur est par exemple le \u00ab respect\u00bb , un manager peut intervenir dans  les situations o\u00f9 le manque de respect se manifeste : \u00ab Nous nous sommes promis mutuellement engagement et estime &#8211; ceci ne correspond pas \u00e0 nos accords \u00bb.
