Wie die OECD betont, beschreiben diese so genannten Future Skills \u201eFertigkeiten, Haltungen und Werte, die Teams &amp; Organisationen ben\u00f6tigen, um die Zukunft erfolgreich zu meistern und diese aktiv mitzugestalten\u201d. Man k\u00f6nnte sagen, dass es sich um individuelle und kollektive Zukunftskompetenzen handelt, die Menschen und Organisationen auf Aufgaben vorbereiten, die gegenw\u00e4rtig noch gar nicht existieren, auf die Nutzung von Technologien, die noch gar nicht entwickelt sind, um Herausforderungen zu l\u00f6sen, von denen wir heute noch gar nicht wissen, dass sie entstehen werden! \u201eNix ist fix, selbst das nicht\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir besch\u00e4ftigen uns in dieser Reihe konkret mit dem Future-Skills-Framework, das den aktuellen Kompetenzbedarf von Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft darstellt: Unerl\u00e4ssliche und unverzichtbare Schl\u00fcsselkompetenzen, die helfen sollen, die Nebel der Zukunft zu lichten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im September 2021 haben 69 Co-Creatoren das Buch <strong>Future Skills <\/strong>im Vahlen-Verlag ver\u00f6ffentlicht, ein Praxis-Handbuch, das helfen soll, die f\u00fcr die Zukunftsf\u00e4higkeit notwendige Skill-Set-Transformation zu meistern, um damit wirkm\u00e4chtige Grundlagen f\u00fcr eine neue Performance-Kultur zu schaffen. Unser Referent Manfred Schweigkofler ist einer der Co-Creatoren und hat f\u00fcr das FUTURE SKILLS Buch zwei Beitr\u00e4ge beigesteuert.
