Es geht darum, Beziehungen zwischen den Mitarbeitenden zu st\u00e4rken, die Zusammenarbeit zu f\u00f6rdern und eine Kultur des Zusammenhalts und der gegenseitigen Unterst\u00fctzung zu schaffen.
