It is our passion to guide people, organizations, and communities in discovering their value and purpose, in developing their talents, and in fulfilling their calling. We do this through seminars, consulting, coaching, and publications.
In this way, we help individuals, organizations, and communities to grow, to look beyond their own boundaries, and to move forward. We work closely with people to help them uncover their purpose, develop their potential, and live out their mission. Together with individuals, teams, and organizations, we design creative and effective strategies to shape life and work in meaningful ways.
History
More than 30 years ago, Paul Donders and Ingo Maxeiner decided to combine their talents and passion: connecting excellent management training and coaching with meaningful content. Their vision was to inspire people and organizations to lead in a way that is both human-centered and results-driven.
Until 1998, xpand grew primarily in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. In that year, xpand Netherlands was founded. Today, 15 dedicated professionals are ready to support you as trainers, coaches, and consultants.
Currently, xpand International consists of over 100 professionals, active in 12 countries. Each is rooted in their own culture and nationality, yet fully equipped to collaborate across borders, all to serve you as effectively as possible.
