it\u2019s about intentionally crafting a life that optimise functionality, mental clarity and overall well-being.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p1\">So often have I sat in conversation with colleagues, clients and friend hearing the phrase \u201cif I only knew this 10 years ago\u201d, being limited by chronic conditions, that could have been prevented, but now sitting with pain, limited function or established habits that has creeped in unknowingly.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Repetitive behaviour in our lives create pathways in our brain, causing us to operate on autopilot.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>This automation, or habits, can work for you or against you, depending on the quality of habits you\u2019ve cultivated.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The challenge lies in our natural tendency to gravitate towards what feels comfortable in the moment.
